Glen Huscroft, President and Managing Partner
Glen Huscroft has served as President and Managing Partner of SES since its founding in 2003 and brings over 20 years of seismic industry experience to the company. Prior to founding SES, Mr. Huscroft held positions at Input/Output, Inc., Western Geophysical and Shell Canada, working in both technical and sales capacities on a global basis. Throughout his career, Mr. Huscroft has participated in extensive technical and customer service training. Mr. Huscroft graduated with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. |

Paul Mitcham, Managing Director
Paul Mitcham has served as Sales & Marketing President and Managing Partner of SES since co-founding the Company in 2003. Mr. Mitcham has spent the last 22 years in the energy sector supplying lease equipment on a global basis. Mr. Mitcham first entered the seismic industry in 1984 for Geocenter, Inc. In 1986, Mr. Mitcham returned to the family business, Mitcham Industries, Inc., as Logistics Manager before subsequently being promoted to VP Operations, Executive VP Sales and to the Board of Directors. During this time, Mr. Mitcham was instrumental in developing and establishing a market niche renting seismic equipment to oil and gas companies, a cost-effective practice the industry had not effectively utilized until then.

Jim Caveny, Vice President Technology
Jim Caveny has over fifteen years with Input/Output (I/O) beginning in I/O Canada’s Customer Service Department. His positions included President of I/O Canada, Customer Service Manager of I/O USA and Product Architect in I/O Land Engineering. Caveny has extensive experience with I/O System Two MRX & RSR instrumentation, along with the latest System Four VectorSeis™ technology available from I/O. He came on board with SES in July 2003 and brings with him experience that spans all the way from the field into engineering design. |

Richard Gilley, Vice President Manufacturing/Building Services
Richard Gilley joined SES in March of 2003 in the capacity of Material Management procurement and is currently the VP of Operations. Gilley has 34 years of experience in the seismic industry and began his career with Texas Instruments Geophysical Division in 1972. Mr. Gilley subsequently joined the Texas Instruments Field Service Department, eventually landing as Field Service Supervisor in 1981. Mr. Gilley then joined the technical services group at Halliburton Geophysical Services (HGS). He remained at HGS until it was acquired by Western Geophysical and continued until the products division was acquired by Input/Output. Shortly after joining I/O in 1995, Mr. Gilley was transferred to the Marketing group. Mr. Gilley left I/O in November of 2001, taking a brief Project Manger job at Metrics Instruments in Houston prior to joining SES. |

Jose Luis Medina, Vice President Technical Support
Jose Luis Medina has been in the Seismic industry for about 28 years. He started as an instrument operator/ observer in the southern part of Mexico, and after a year, was promoted to Field Service Engineer. In 1983 Medina joined Matrix Industries, a company dedicated to repair and sell mainly Texas Instruments and Input/Output equipment. Between 1987 and 1989 he instructed Acoustics and Seismology at the National Polytechnic Institute. In 1993, he started working for Input/Output as Field Service Engineer. During his eleven years with this company, he was promoted to Senior Field Service Engineer, Customer Service Coordinator and lastly, Field Service Manager.
In the summer of 2004, Jose Luis became part of the SES group, offering strong technical support and service for our customers out in the field. Jose Luis is a graduate from the National Polytechnic Institute, Higher School of Electrical Engineering in Mexico. |

Casey Jordan, Vice President System Support
Casey began his career with Geophysical Service Inc. in 1977 and continued
working for GSI until the Halliburton Geophysical merger of GSI and GeoSource; at which time he became a member of the HGS Customer Service team - MDS-16, MDS-18, MDS-18X and DFS VII, were the acquisition systems of the day. Casey worked with the engineering teams, at both HGS and Western Geophysical, developing the Vision and WGLS Western system. When Input-Output acquired the products division of Western Geophysical, he worked with the I/O team, supporting the I/O System Two, domestically, in Saudi Arabia, and in Russia. Casey is the best Sercel 408 training and support engineer in the industry today". Casey grew up and studied in North Dakota. |

Perry Johannson, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Perry Johannson, VP of Sales and Marketing, joined SES in Jan 2007. With over 20 years of Exploration Industry experience. Johannson most recently served as Director of Sales, Southern US and Latin America, for the Energy Division of IHS Inc. the world’s premier provider of Energy related databases, Engineering Software, and Consulting Services. During his 10 years at IHS, Johannson held various sales roles, won numerous awards for his outstanding performance, and was a key advisor on Business Development and operational issues. Prior to joining IHS, Johannson spent seven years as an Acquisition Geophysicist with Western Geophysical. He was responsible for designing 3D seismic surveys, and overseeing the quality control of numerous land and marine seismic crews in Latin America and the Gulf of Mexico. Perry has spent many years in the field working on Seismic Crews, and has a very strong understanding of the seismic business. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons) in Geological Sciences, and has completed extensive Leadership, Sales Management, and Sales training. Johannson will lead SES' Sales and Marketing efforts globally, and will be a key influence on Business Development issues going forward. |

Travis Barker, Vice President Operations
Travis Barker, VP of Operations, joined SES in June 2007. With over 20 years of Exploration Industry experience. Barker began his seismic career upon graduating from DeVryUniversity in 1986. He most recently served as QHSE Manager for the Western Hemisphere at CGGVeritas where he focused on behavioral safety, loss control and risk management. During his 10 years at CGGVeritas he held various roles such Regional Manager for Latin America. Prior to joining CGGVeritas he spent 10 years with Western Geophysical as a Field Service Engineer. Travis has spent the majority of his seismic career in Latin America and lived in Argentina and Bolivia for several years. Travis has many years experience working on Seismic Crews and has a strong understanding of the seismic business. |

Chuck Duff, Chief Financial Officer
Chuck Duff has served as the acting CFO of SES since its inception. Mr. Duff is a founding member of Duff, Kitchel & Company, a Houston-based accounting firm. Prior to founding Duff, Kitchel & Company in 1984, Mr. Duff was employed by Peat Marwick & Co., primarily working with closely held corporations in the small business department developing tax, financial reporting and management consulting skills. In 1981, he moved to a large local accounting firm focusing on management consulting, which primarily entailed implementing internal accounting, reporting systems, and related software. Mr. Duff is a graduate of Lamar University, where he obtained a Degree in Accounting. Mr. Duff has extensive experience acting as both a CFO and consultant for numerous closely held businesses. |
