Houston, TX, February, 2006 - Seismic Equipment Solutions LP (SES) announced today that Steve Townsend has been appointed Controller. Steve Townsend joined SES in early 2006, bringing over 20 years of accounting experience with a primary focus on the oil/exploration and related industries. Previously, Mr. Townsend was employed by Cardinal Health Clinical Services and Consulting where he was the Manager of Fixed Assets and Inventory Accounting and Controls. In 1996, Townsend joined Andersen Consulting on the outsourcing of BP’s Alaska Exploration Accounting Department from Anchorage to Houston. Mr. Townsend graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an Accounting degree and is a Certified Public Accountant.
