Mar 30, 2010 – HOUSTON. Seismic Equipment Solutions, leading provider of leased seismic equipment, recently cut the ribbon on their 24,000 S/F warehouse expansion. The expansion which started in June 2009, allows SES, to continue to increase efficiencies and remain a competitive partner and supplier to our worldwide customers.

ses warehouseSituated on 6 acres in south Houston, the purpose-built warehouse addition more than doubled the existing warehouse facilities. Of the new space, 17,000 SF is enclosed, lit and climate conditioned. The existing warehouses are connected with 24’ x 18’ tie-ins to integrate the different facilities. Three covered staging areas provide an additional 6,300 SF space for equipment warehousing and for storage of products that do not require greater protection against environmental elements. The new warehouse also includes the Marine Services office and a Cable/Geophone Repair Center.


Great attention was paid to organizing the warehouse spaces to optimize the storage and flow of equipment in order to quickly test, repair and prep equipment for out next customers needs.

In addition, the new space will allow SES to provide value-added services, such as customizing rental solutions and an expanded repair center. A dedicated technical team supports SES on a 24/7-basis with the most stringent standards in training and operations.
